The ills are historically outmatched in all statistical categories. I give ya credit for being a loyal fan but logic has suffered frostbite! Not sure you or your fanbase has paid attention to anything but ills football.

The Jaguars are 1 game ahead of the Bills man. And one game behind losing the division to the Titans. I don't think I'd be acting as if your team is untouchable. I never claimed mine was. We definitely have flaws, but it will certainly be a legitimate competition on the field tomorrow

You're the one who came in here believing your team was going to win for sure. You guys have been out of the playoffs so long that you forgot how the playoffs actually work. Regular season records or even what happened in the regular season no longer matters. It's a brand new season and everyone else knows that there's no such thing as a sure thing in the playoffs - even Patriots fans know that.

I'll wait here for you to quote me on saying I think the Bills will win for sure. I actually think I said precisely what you said in your last sentence. You guys seem a little insecure about even the suggestion that this game could be competitive.

Someone commented to me yesterday how many Bills she had seen at the airport that morning. She said there were "a lot". I asked for an estimate of how many and she said "there must have been 15 or 20 at least". Buah.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

Can you blame them for moving here.....? Those 1000 people per week moving to Florida have to come from somewhere, right? RIGHT????
What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

They're pretty confident for a team that has a middling defense at best and whose entire offense is based on a now gimpy McCoy. That said, if our offense doesn't show up, we definitely are beatable.

Haha. I would estimate there were 40 or so on the last leg of my flight compared to 10 jags fans. When I arrived at JAX I didn’t notice THAT many. I’m staying in what I think is the downtown area and there are some herds here too. But I’ve also seen some travelling Jags fans as well. The thing is, the Bills fans stand out because they are in bills gear from head to toe already.

That being said one of them honestly thought they would straight up outnumber Jags fans tomorrow at the game.

As one of my favorite posters here would say - buwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!

What would your guess be on how many bills fans will be there.  Not trying to be a [BLEEP] or snarky I'm just curious on some jags fans estimates.  I unfortunately wasn't able to manage to swing the days off with my job so I'll be watching from the couch.

I'd say somewhere in the range of 10k. With the tarps off and the standing room tickets the capacity is roughly 70k. Bills support won't be insignificant but this idea that it'll be a Bills home game is a farce, the game sold out almost immediately and long before anyone knew who the opponent was.

Ya I was guessing 20k tops a bills home game is a long shot considering the travel involved

I highly doubt 20k. Regular season game hit 60k easily and 64k at the end of the season and that's without many opposing fans in the stadium. We have 6k extra capacity now and some STH will have sold some of their tickets on but nowhere near enough to reach 20k Bills fans.

No idea, I'd say about 50k but the FO would release that information. Problem is, with the crap seasons we've had people knew they could always walk up and get single game tickets so they'd pick and choose the game they went too. If season tickets start selling more with the recent success that will end.

Not sure where to find numbers of STHs. However, I know the Jags had one of the biggest jumps in season tix after they drafted Bortles.

If that prompted a large gain, imagine what this season's result combined with a good looking draft will do for the 2018 sales.

My ticket agent told me they had a great response when they offered playoff priority to new ST subscribers a few weeks back. I'm one of the folks that bought that deal - and I can only go to 4 or 5 games due to travel for work. It was just too good to pass up.

Honestly, I don’t know and it’s not that important to me either, I’m not the type of fan that derives personal worth from who has more/better fans or what city is better.

But I know that Jags fans won’t be outnumbered tomorrow.

Good for you guys I'm ready for the NFL to turn over a new page.  I'm sick of hearing all about the pats and Seahawks.  We need teams like the bills and jags to start playing well to shake it up

Indeed.  Here's hoping we can be part of a changing of the guard.  I'd enjoy a Jags/Bills postseason rivalry developing over the coming years.

You know our GM is a pretty proud Buffalo guy.  (I'm one of the few dozen folks that actually likes him around here.)
