If we're taking votes, I think the Chiefs will be looking for a FS. My vote would definitely be for Safety Marcus Allen of Penn State.

There's not much left, when it comes to true Free Safeties and IMO, it's their #1 need. The only other move I might make here is possibly to take an ILB like Micah Kiser and hope FS Tarvarius Moore is there for them in round 4. That would be a solid move as well, but If Moore is gone, I really don't see a standout FS left. I believe this pick is just too early for Moore though.

Apke is all athleticism and that's it. He's slow to read plays and is a sloppy tackler. I don't think he's getting drafted and if he does, I believe it will be very late and probably as a special teams player.

He's a really talented player and should've been taken long ago, but at 6'5" and only 270 lbs (Combine stats), he'd likely have to add 15-20 lbs. to play DE in a 3-4 scheme. At his current size, he'd be more of an OLB in a 3-4.
