The State of New York is seeking 2.8 million dollars in restitution, and has sent evidence to the IRS and FEC for them to pursue their own prosecutions.
The President is unable to avoid being deposed in a civil matter, and unable to offer any pardon to anyone on any state matter.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

At $2.8 million it exceeds civil matter threshold. In addition, invloving the IRS and FEC makes it a federal matter. In any case this is all just piss poor politics going on.
