Can someone give some detail on how Bortles looks? Does he seem more confident with longer throws, is his spiral still a bit wobbly at times? etc

He is what he is at this point. He's a veteran pro football player. Hes the same as he always has been but injury free. More comfortable with the playbook, progressions/reads. A noticeable uptick in accuracy. He may or may not be more comfortable with the deep ball, but the staff seems more comfortable about letting him throw it.
