Hope he finds what he is looking for. I do hope the Jags win a SB before he ever sniffs one.

Yet another example of this league showing that it's turning into a place where if you don't want to play for your team then you just show out and you'll get what you want. Plus as others have mentioned, we just traded away someone that was one of the best picks we ever made in the first round to what will become a late first round pick that we have a basically zero chance to turn into a player like Ramsey.

Those of u thinking like this do realize he literally quit on the team right? It doesn't matter how good a guy is if he's not even on the field for u. Either way he's not a Jag now and I root for the name on the front of the jersey, not the back.

Wow this needed to happen and it did, can't complain with 2 firsts coming back.

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster

Well, at least they know for a fact that they are getting a player of such low integrity that he would fake injury to get his way. That he will spit on his own team mates and organization at will. I guess they do not care. He can drop their pick sixes now. May I wish him the absolute worst of luck in the future.

Do they automatically get the 5th year option that the Jags executed?

Nah just save it and sell it to some rams fan.

Honestly if he had to go, that was pretty much best case scenario right there.

Agreed, at this point this was probably the best outcome. I wanted the team to be hardline, but I can't complain about this haul.

Yes, good observation. I want to hear that now, too.

Hopefully the Jags are a team now (instead of 52+1) and Leonard Fournette is their undisputed leader.

Yep, I don't see what else we were going to do. We let him accrue his year, trade was the best option anymore.

Super Bowl teams have been pilfering superior talent from the also rans of the league since the beginning of time.

I was hoping the Jaguars would not fall prey to this, but I hoped in vain.

The Rams are struggling now, but they have too much talent left on that team to not be postseason contenders the next couple of years, barring a slew of injuries, although their OL could be problematic given the age of their LT and now the lack of high picks to address the position..

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

But Bur But I want to play man defense, not zone! ??? what a freakin baby. Seeeee ya! 2 mid to late round firsts for the next two years AND a fourth?? I’m ok with that trade. Oh “insert four letter word” yes!

Thanks for answering my question guys. I appreciate it. Tonight we celebrate. I think 90% of our fanbase is pleased about this for the long run. It sucks to lose a talent like him, but it was time to move on. Like someone mentioned before, his personality was too big for our small market.

I love the flexibility having multiple first round picks gives us as well. If there's a guy you 100% want in the draft, we have the ammo to get him.

With that said, there are a few good CB's in the draft this year that I wouldn't mind owning.

Lol, everyone on social media clowning the Rams haha

I agree with most of the posters, I do not want Coughlin, Caldwell, or any of the scouting staff making these picks. It's time for a clean sweep of the front office.

This team is a 6-10 unit at best. I hope Khan is ready to start from scratch.

It will be funny as hell when Bortles is his starter again here in about two weeks.

I get there was no good ending to this but just look how that D is falling to pieces. Malik, Poz, Telvin, Ramsey, Colvin, Gipson, Church all gone.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Yannick go aswell. Hell get paid top money by someone. And if he wants to go we will just let him.

They are basically getting him to replace Aqib Talib who can't ever stay healthy or do anything. I mean he wasn't going to play here it looked like he was going to just sit out the year. We saved ourselves from having to overpay for a diva that is basically all talk. Campbell is gone next year. Ngakoue is up in the air. We already have a rookie that is playing better than him lately.
No pain, no gain.
