Same old "nudge nudge" journalism in that Sports Illustrated piece - "the Jags say they're not moving, but we all know they're going to".  

And don't tell me other NFL teams don't want to play in London.

In the seven years since the Jaguars started playing in London, the Rams, Dolphins and Raiders have all played here three times (all of them as the home side on two of those occasions) and the Rams and Dolphins each hosted another game before 2013.

The games always sell out, meaning lots of money for the home teams.  And there aren't many owners who will turn down extra money.

We can rule out most of those teams from a London move though. Two have brand new stadiums, and the other isn't playing two home games there. 

It's really just down to the Jags and chargers if a team is ever to move there eventually, and the Jags are in pole position until they aren't

Agreed.  It's only the most loyal of Jags fans who continue to put up with the garbage on the field.  The Jags move to London and continue to have double-digit losses year after year and the London fans will bail out on them.

4. Run franchise players out of town ASAP!

5. Lose as many games as possible, literally year after year while you wait for the stadium’s lease to expire.

6. Try to buy a stadium in the city you want to move to, but say it will help your old city lol. Even if people come out and say you are trying to move the team with this purchase, make sure you deny deny deny!!!

7. Build your brand in your future city by taking as many games a as possible from your current city... but!!!!! Tell them that they should be happy that you're growing their franchise in another city!! ???

8. At all cost, transfer the blame to your hometown current city! I.e the stadium sucks, the highways suck, the city is to small.... this will help later on trust me!! However, always make sure you ate trying to relocate the franchise behind the scenes... you don't want to loss money before you can actually relocate. You can have your minions create a narrative of why you’re not actually relocating the franchise. That is why you pay them. Oh, make sure to reinsure your fanbase that you’re worth billions, and that they can trust you cause of this...


9. Slowly wait out all obstacles...the logistics and the narrative your created year after year will work themselves out!!!


10. Sit back and enjoy the sun from your yacht

1.  The 17th game is supposedly a "neutral site game."  If so, London isn't a neutral site for the Jaguars.  The league enables the Jaguars to use the London games as home games.

2.  If the stuff about the additional playoff team & game comes to fruition under this new CBA, having the 17th game in London would put any playoff team traveling there at a competitive disadvantage unless they were the one team to earn home field advantage and the bye the next week.  But there would be no way to know this until very late, if at all, when the schedule is released in April.

I will always cherish the memories from great players such as Freddy T and Mojos 375 Yard crusher against Indy; Rasheen's countless interceptions against the Steelers; Scobee's 60 Yard Colt Killer. Garrard's 20 yard 4th down run in the Steelers' playoff snow. The list goes on and on..

Now the only memories being made are about how none of the good players want to play for jacksonville...

According to PFT the new CBA will limit teams to a maximum of 3 games out of country a year till 2025. So I guess we have a longer time with the jags then I thought. It would be very interesting if the cba turned out to be the thing that keeps the jaguars in Jacksonville
