I'll start the draft Fri night or Sat. Hopefully we can get a few more people. If there is a team nobody picks we can vote on it. The first player to get 3 votes is the pick like we did last year

I prefer we limit it to 2. In the past we've had trouble with posters forgetting they are close to their pick, or abandoning the process along the way, and we stagnate waiting for them.

Whoever signs on gets one or two teams, and anyone unassigned gets a pick by first player to 3 votes.  That worked well when we got tired of waiting for a pick to be made, and also led to some fun discussions as to whether need or value was more important as the picks went on
