Man... couldn't get anything for him? Can't remember... do you get comp picks for released players or only ones that leave after their contract is up.

Fair timing. He'll get a chance to latch on elsewhere. Hope he can stay healthy. A change of scnerey could boost his production. Farewell Albino Tiger.

There is no such a thing as a "fully healthy" Marqise Lee.

Sadly never lived up to the draft position. Tough guy though. Fairwell A.T. Lee

I wish him well.

I also wish we'd have gotten something for him. Supply and demand: we're about to have a receiver glut in the NFL.

Injured in college.
Thought we got a steal as he slipped through the draft
Showed flashes of goodness
Injured again
Released.

Not a surprise. He has done little to nothing the last few years. Always injured.

Get anything? Who would take on his contract?

I'm sure that the Jaguars attemted to acquire compensation BUT he wasn't on the field enough (other than one season) for teams to be interested in his services. His release was inevitable.

NH3...

the timing (that it took so long) is the only thing surprising to me.

Who is going to trade for a player who stays hurt?  The Albino tiger has went extinct.

Another smh signing that we made

Well I guess this hopefully means we’re gonna target a WR with our first 3 picks

Yay! Lets resign Lee and sign Moncrief instead of ARob!

I can’t still see the hit that destroyed his knee. Wish him the best. I liked him.

Why are people thinking that Lee had any trade value?  He's had 3 catches in 2 years and a huge salary compared to production. He was worth nothing.  No loss at all and easily replaced with a 7th round WR or undrafted free agent.

Lee plays with heart and is a nice guy. Sorry the injuries shortened his Jag's career, and wish him the best going forward....
