I'm going with this.

Some of you folks need to stop getting so emotional.

No kidding.  Next we will be handing out participation trophies.

So predicting 8-8 is rational but predicting 5-11 is emotional? For a team that got worse or stagnant at almost every position?

The Jags have finished 6-10 or worse how many times in the last 10 years? Now, with one of the worst and youngest rosters in the league they miraculously finish 8-8? And they still have Marrone and Wash?

Lol ok.

I think they mean the "Oh God everything is awful we're only gonna win one game" crew upthread. 5-11 isn't the same thing at all.

We shouldn't be surprised if we only win 1 game to be honest. We were already underdogs in every game and we got significantly worse since then.

This team is a lot closer to 1-15 than they are 8-8.

I don't think they're significantly worse today than last year, I think the defense was bad last year and it'll be bad this year. I think the offense could actually be better since Gruden is light years better than the Flipper. All in all they're not that much worse if at all.

This logic makes 0 sense.   How are we not better?

-The best player on the team was traded (campbell)
-The only other consistent pass rusher not named josh allen Traded
-Bouye the only real veteran corner, Gone
-The only starting Tailback on the team traded

I would argue how are we better than last year?  This team has less talent, period.

I used to think we would be 6-10, but after everything that has happened this offseason, I'm thinking 1-15.

IF anyone Legit predicts 8-8 or better they have 0 knowledge about football. The only other options is if they are so teal glasses blind they can't see the truth.

This team was mediocre last year and much worse this year. The hope is it's so bad that it's a clean slate for 2021 with a front office and coaching staff.

Completely agree. Asking a lot of rookies to come in straight at that level especially with the off season how it has been. A new O scheme, how well have they picked it up, do we have the players that fit that system? So many question marks.

The hope is that so many of our problems are self inflicted. If we can just play a clean, mistake free game then that could really help.

Saying that I think Minshew Magic gets us 3-4 wins next year. This roster looks weak beyond Minshew, Chark, Dede and Allen.

Overly optimistic, not emotional. But you know what I meant.

I'll make my yearly prediction of 8-8.
