Keep in mind he is not top 10 at his position. He is smart with the football, but he isn't an elite passer by any means at this time.
 

He had a 101 passer rating this season. He's no Chad Henne.

 

I'm sure the team will try all that same kind of reasoning on his agent and then once they're done pretending they can possibly let him go to free agency they'll go ahead and pay him.

I didn't say he was a scrub. I just said he is not top 10 at his position compared to other passer's in the NFL. Maybe one day he will be, but he isn't that right now. My point was he is not carrying the football team....
