"Crap talent" means playing against Tennessee, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Arkansas, and Florida, who all finished with losing records. Many people think just because Auburn, Alabama, LSU, Georgia, South Carolina, TAMU, and Missouri were good last year and 8 teams were ranked at one point, there is no crap talent in the conference. They have a lot to learn, obviously. You need to look at Missouri's 2013 schedule to figure out how much "crap talent" he played against.

So you have considered the idea of two men sleeping together long enough to decide it is bad and if you think its wrong you obviously think it should be discouraged or maybe even illegal. So yes, you do worry about it, and yes its pathetic in exactly the same way someone who says white and black people shouldn't sleep together.

 

Maybe this 'worry' doesn't keep you up all night (maybe it does, in which case refer you back to the image search). But if you care about something enough to decry as something bad, then yes, you worry about it.

3 sacks against Arkansas St.  3 sacks against Vanderbilt.  3 sacks against Florida.  That accounts for 9 of his 11.5 sacks.  Those 9 sacks were against awful teams.  This is my point about Michael Sam's inflated numbers.  Yes, the SEC is the best conference, but the rankings for the teams were severly inflated at the start of last year, and those three games against crap teams won him the award.

You are right that he had most of his sacks against crummy teams, but I don't know how you can say that "won him the award" unless you interview every voter who voted for him.   Might be they were impressed by his overall level of play across an entire season.   You don't know.

Of note, Vince Lombardi's brother was gay.  Because of that Lombardi demanded a homophobia-free locker room.  Jerry Smith was also a gay player who played for Lombardi, as was David Kopay.  In fact Kopay and Smith had a relationship.

Yep always got those extenuating circumstances. Wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of coaches have this same sort of thing now a days. Gays haven't gotten less common since the 60's.
