Yeah you have to fire Marrone and Wash. Fire Caldwell. Let Gruden coach out the string. Hire a new staff to take advantage of the extra picks next year.

Rex Grossman was barely 6'1" and couldn't read defenses. Trask is 4 inches taller and gets the ball out quickly.
