Because it's a repeat of the Gus Bradley era when everyone could see the deficiencies but no change was made. Gus was the WORST. Hackett was the WORST. Wash is still the WORST. Yet the tortuous march continues unabated. 

I have to tip my hat to the faithful Browns fans. They've really gained my respect over the last few years.

It would be refreshing and encouraging if we could get a story every once in a while that Khan has threatened to fire so and so if he doesn't start seeing results, like Patricia is facing today. But we don't. It's just more silence being interpreted as ambivalence from the guy who calls the shots. Jerry Jones can by eye rolling sometimes, but you always know where he stands with his team. Khan is just a man in a business suite offering platitudes.

That's because Khan's primary focus is the team's EBIT. It's also keeps his idiot son occupied. Why isn't Tony working in the car parts business? Because it's not fun? Maybe, but that's also where Khan earns the real money. You'd think he'd want his son to focus there...

I hope so. We've seen he's got the stuff to succeed, but for some reason he's having trouble summoning that stuff for the last 3 weeks. He looks shaken and unsure. What took his mojo?

Agreed, the silence from the top has been telling to me. My biggest problem with Khan right now is I don't think he has any of his own ideas or players he likes, he will surround himself with people and follow them. 

I'm sick to death as well of seeing Marrone just stand with his arms crossed on the sidelines. Just blow up for once, make it at least look like you care. Other than he cant be bothered to look and hire anyone else, theres no reason why Wash and Marrone are still here.
