Well, there was a time you could say the opposite of the Jaguars... Players like McCardell, Smith, Brunell found a successfull career here when presumed that they would be backups, etc.  I am sure there is more, but now it seems like they go away and then play well or don't play well at all and are out of league.

I'm not worried about Fields being picked by us. I think the Jags land a good GM because it's great opportunity to build a team with lots of draft picks, cap space and patient owner. Any good GM can see past the fanboy glitter and know Fields is not franchise quality.

I sure hope so.. This team is WAY farther away from recovery than one quick fix (not that QB or Fields is that).  We need quality, healthy players.
