Still have to temper optimism with the understanding that the pads on yet. But Trevor just gets it. He's a natural.

To stay on topic, I hope they stop giving Minshew any first team reps really soon. There is no competition and Trevor could use every extra rep with the starters he can get to build as much chemistry as possible.
This is exciting. Part of the reason I'm here (bandwagon fan) is I've been watching Trevor closely and think he's going to be a legit GOAT candidate. I have two daughters at Clemson and I've been amazed at his pocket presence and throws.
We know he has a good arm. The true test will be about the third game into the season when other teams have enough film to effectively game plan. Not only will it be a trial for Lawrence, but we'll get to see just how effectively our own staff reacts and uses this weapon we've been blessed with.

We've played the faux competition game too long.
