Who’s going to be the first team to drop a fifty burger on our sorry behinds?

I was really only expecting a 4-6 win team, but this was pretty putrid. Team was slow on both offense and defense. I expected Lawrence to suffer the typical rookie QB mistakes so I'm not too worried about that, but Griffin got beat repeatedly and there didn't appear to be any adjustments on either side of the ball.
Have you noticed how the Tinhorns gang tackle and the Jags just stand around and watch as another Jag tries to get the runner on the ground?

The good news is that we're in perfect position to draft DE Kayvon Thibadeaux. That guy is gonna be a beast and might finally allow us to get pressure on opposing QB's.

While I understand after this debacle, this question will look like pouring salt in the wound, but I'm legitimately curious if anyone knows the logic behind this: JRob (the team's best offensive player last year) finishes the day with 5 official carries and 7 passes thrown his way while Hyde finishes with 8 official carries and 1 pass thrown his way. If this was the offensive gameplan, why did they take a RB in the first round? Or was ETN so important to Meyer's gameplan that this team doesn't have any plan without ETN?

The difference between last year and this is we continuously discovered new levels below the bottom of the barrel last year. I see this as our worst game. We get better every game from here on out.
