well he is a WR converted to TE so he would be designed pass catching TE not a blocking one

Hes got a lot of the skills you look for in a receiving TE, i hope he is finally the guy to make that position work but Kittle, Kelce and Gronk do so much dirty work in the trenches, thats what makes them so special and hard to play against.

I think it tells us a lot hes playing after being in the building like 2-3 days
