I think it's the normalization of a homosexual hangout by a education official who is probably gay or is at least in favor of homosex behavior that is prob what might disturb the parents most. I wouldn't want that trip pushed on my grandson, any more that the woman would prob want her kid taken to a field trip at any organization opposing homosexuality.

Because it served no purpose other than to show kids where gay people get together to hook up for sex. Can you think of any other reason these kids would be taken there? Any at all?

When one generation tolerates something, the next generation accepts and the generation after is forcing it down everyone's throats. The next generation will be HATE. Then back to tolerate. Then Acceptance.. Then forcing... Then HATE....

Well, it is where gay people go to hook up for sex.  Isn't it?  

I'm not defending it.  It's a waste of time when the kids could be doing something productive or educational.  But I don't think kids would be damaged by walking into a gay bar.
