we need a WR who can win on the outside for Lawrence.

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense! 
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!

I'd just adjust play calling to more underneath routes for Viska/Jones and more gadgety stuff for Agnew. don't tempt Lawrence to throw downfield - just give him safer completions.
