I hope we trade back in. If not, no picks for a while and we have like 6 picks left I think.

One thing for sure Derrick Henry and Johnathan Taylor just ordered more ben-gay for after their games with us

And Ridder is the second QB to go.

I feel Little will likely get the RT spot. One more interior OL would be idea on day 3.

As far as the LB depth.....this is interesting. If a 3-4, Muma has pass-rushing sparks. What if....you have Allen and Muma outside. Foye and Lloyd inside. Walker is on the line at DE.

Crazy thinking. Likely, Muma may start out as depth.

I haven't really liked any of their picks, I don't think they're botched selections but they're nothing to write home about imho.
Championship Formula:

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense!
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!
4) ???
5) Blank #2
6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

I have a strong feeling we grab Justyn Ross in the 4th or 5th at this point. He's a decent prospect with obvious ties to Trevor.

I heard he's a medical scratch.

Not all the picks will make the team… move up.. get your guys. No chance all 10 make the game day squad.

I don't understand why people were thinking we would spend a high pick at WR. That position got addressed in FA.

They are looking to fill other needs in the draft.

In all honesty it doesn’t matter. Consider the nickel
Package the most used . Say 60% the time in nickel, 20% base, 20% dime. That’s how the nfl is now a days. You got to have DBs , lots of them, and pass rushers. The Wyoming LB is good depth.

draft success rate

3rd Round - OL (40%) TE (39%) LB (34%) DL (27%) WR (25%) DB (24%) QB (17%) RB (16%)

Was wondering this as well. If we have hybrid looks or play Pederson's preferred 4-3 he'd get some run. I also have a suspicion that he may be able to play OLB in a 3-4, if we're using Travon Walker as a DE in a 3-4 in theory Muma could stand up and play behind him .... Just weird that we went LB twice although we haven't really addressed the position in the draft since like 2016 with Myles Jack, the only other LB's drafted were mid rounders in Shaq Quarterman & Blair Brown.

Actually, Lloyd is an accomplished pass rusher off the edge. PFF Mike broke down a video of him beating a lot of OTs in true pass rushes and not just blitzes.

I bet we do we a lot of Walker on the DL with Allen and Lloyd as the EDGE rushers and Muma and Oluokun off ball.

I like that as our nickel main package. That could work….

Edit- with foley as well

Bad year to be drafting where we are and to have over paid in free agency like we did. I still prefer a change in front office but alas it is what it is and I am in the same spot I find myself.......

Hoping for wins and improvement. We shall see. I guess you can't do it in one offseason but you sure can screw it up in Jaguars ways.

I think you will see some 3-3-5 fronts or 2-4-5 fronts on 3rd downs and second and long to get a ton of speed on the field.

This is very plausible. To have all 4 out there, whether Lloyd or Muma is outside, would be exciting to watch.

Agree with that.
