All of this makes me happy as it shows that we may have made the right pick. It would be a dream come true if the jags started making good decisions. Nonetheless, we are definitely heading in the right direction considering last year's draft and this past offseason.
Evan Neal was the one guy I thought was an absurdly overrated bum, not surprised at all to hear him struggling early.
Hutch with a tackle for loss play right off the bat
Then he draws a hold London with a great play

Reports that Zach Wilson may have tore his ACL tonight. He left the game with a knee injury.

But then it seemed like he got submerged in that bad Detroit defense. It'll be hard for him to stand out if that defense is as bad as it looked in the first quarter last night. He was very impressive initially, but he needs better play around him if he's going to make a big impact.

Time to watch a lot of preseason football today (Saturday)
Oh and I'm guessing the jets might be the ones going after jimmy g if things are as bad as they might be after last night. The Steelers/Seahawks preseason game tonight has been interesting, though the NFL Network turned away from it for the Cowboys/Broncos game. The Cowboys/Broncos game tonight has been dull so far and it originally supposed to air later at 10pm EST. The NFL network should have showed more of the Steelers/Seahawks game which is actually competitive. But from what I saw of it the Steelers had solid QB play overall. Trubisky looked solid, Mason Rudolph was okay, and Kenny Pickett had a nice opening drive, completing all of his throws, plus a TD and 2pt conversion. I am interested in seeing how the Steelers fare this year as a team with their new QB situation.

I'm glad the NFL cut back to the game at the end so we could watch him lead the team on that game winning drive. It was nice to see how happy Mike Tomlin and his teammates were for him as well. The Steelers do a good job of coaching /supporting young QBs. I am interested in seeing how he fares in the upcoming preseason games.

Jalen Camp looked good yesterday. Still a head scratcher to me that we took him in the 6th and couldn't even find a spot on the 53 man roster last year as bad as our WR room was. Camp and a big 49 yard catch and a TD
