Honest question: if things continue the way they've been going these past few weeks, what loses more fans this off-season: keeping Baalke and Doug and trying to build on this disaster of a season or starting a third rebuild in three years?

I'm not sure this franchise can withstand this season ending with the team continually regressing every week...

It's been a really rough stretch and I wish I could say it will get better but I just can't see how we can switch HC again this offseason. We need some stability and give Doug some time and reinforcements to try and get us in the right direction.

That's where I'm leaning but the team getting worse each week is incredibly scary. The fans are getting rabid after how bad this team has been over the last decade plus, minus the one glimmer of hope in 2017, which was ruined by poor organizational decisions. I'm not sure ending the season with games like this every week will allow Doug time to "build" on this season, even if I'm generally against switching coaches as quickly as the franchise has the last few seasons.

But hey, Jags just scored a TD! Maybe this will turn the game around and this will all be moot!

The owner believes in his hires and only does things after it hits embarrassment. He is being dragged around by the people he hires.

He blew the extra Ramsey picks by stubbornness and allow Caldwell to make the picks. This was after Caldwell couldn't secure or retain players.

He blew the Baalke thing.

Doug may be able to work things out but this train wreck is set in big time.

Us fans lose at every poor turn. The owner sucks and will probably move the team eventually.

I didn't love the value of a RB in the first round. But considering his game changing speed, good hands, and pedigree as the ACC's all time leading rusher I figured it was worth taking a chance on since there weren't any other players around that pick that I would've rather had.
