We were lucky Muma tried to avoid contact, AND the throw was bad.

Take some shots on this drive. Don't care if we get picked. At least go down swinging.

So glad they didn't throw a flag.
I despise the PI calls on under thrown passes. I never understood why the offense should be rewarded for screwing up and the defender has to cede position when the WR is trying to move "back to the ball". He just doesn't seem to be able to put together an organization that can do it. We're on the way to having the 1st overall pick for the 3rd time which no team has done. He either doesn't care about winning or at best doesn't understand what it takes to run a successful team. I'm just asking a question. Don't they look slower than they should? They look like they're reacting slower than they have in the previous games.
I'm condescending. That means I talk down to you.

Welp, I think there's a 50/50 chance here. 50% we can get a field goal, 50% chance Trevor throws a pick or fumbles.

Let's see what we do here.
Can we run a draw please?

We had a playoff team that was genuinely good and we destroyed it in record time. Now we have to make the long journey again and I can't fault the locals for getting fed up paying to watch this year after year. I agree. It's definitely a process. The complication in this specific instance is the "generational QB" playing on a team that has seemingly been regressing weekly after the absolute disaster of perhaps the worst HC hire in NFL history last season. We may disagree with getting rid of Doug, in principle, but I wonder if the instant emotional response from the fanbase to news that the team is keeping him and running this season back will cause more of an uproar than the potential gains the team may make in keeping Doug and gaining continuity. Its an interesting philosophical debate stretching past the field. Of course, it's a debate I'd much rather we not have to entertain. But I don't think these types of issues pop up all that often in the NFL, so at least its an interesting discussion? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
