Ok,  today it was obvious that Trevor is progressing.  2 very good games in a row.  Ball placement in much better than early in the season. 

The O-line needed to give Trevor s help today ..He was hassled all day by the rush, and some dumb penalties for O-line down field is inexcusable!

This franchise has been a [BLEEP] joke since Weaver checked out.

It took Shad Khan to fall [BLEEP] backwards into a real headcoach to actuality show the potential of this squad.
But even with that said, we've been so depleted due to inept FO malfeasance that we are only know beginning to turn the corner.

This team has a generational QB. This QB is gonna get us there. But we needed a head coach that could harness the potential.

We are so close. We're 3 years away from domination of the division.

Hopefully after the bye we hone in on the details and clean up the self inflicted mistakes and not squandering our opportunities. Would be nice to close the season out on a high note and know what our identity is so we know what to do to become a good team for next year.

I like Walker, but I feel like if we had drafted Sauce we would be better. But I am happy we have been in most games this year, would be nice to see them put it all together more often.

2 things I have noticed that has changed his game.

1. He is learning to put some touch and finesse on the football.

2. He is learning when to use his athletic ability to add another dimension to his game.

For the first time in awhile I can say QB is not the #1 reason why we are losing.

Yup. We just need development from the guys we have and perhaps a home run fa signing.

This. And then some. You have to hope the guys on this roster now can gel down the stretch and return ready to go and better next year.

They have a [BLEEP] ton of holes to fill though. Offensively I think the draft has to go in that direction. TE room hits the market. No RT potentially if Little isnt cracking the line up now and LG leaves the most to be desired.

You have to cut Griffin to get some cap back. Jenkins would be nice to keep. You're also losing Smoot and Key. So, here's to hoping like hell the starters can get it going when it counts because the depth behind them is going to be suspect until proven otherwise.

The right rookie can make a big impact.  Most recently, do the Bucs win their last Super Bowl without Tristan Wirfs?

Not saying we're one good rookie from winning a championship,  but we're probably one good rookie away from making the playoffs.  If other guys develop and don't regress and we keep pace in FA.
