Jags OL is 10th in rushing per game and 2nd (28th actually) in pass pro.

There is no excuses to make here. The line was bad against KC.

It's sad that our 1 All Pro was the worst player on the team. Fortner is getting better each week though. I mentioned that before the game and he played decent

Meh. Said the same thing. Worst performance since the opener. Some of you on here make it sound like he's entering the Lion's Den every Sunday. Which is simply not the case.

With that said. I am in agreement. They clearly need to resolve the LG position. Scherff is a stop gap at RG. Taylor is gone more than likely at RT.

Going to be a tall order trying to backfill these positions in addition to an entire TE room hitting the market.

This was Scherff first bad game, but man was it bad.

Also the OL was 9th in pressures allowed going into Sunday's game. That's not good. No doubt it only got worse after yesterday's game.

Trevor makes them look way better than they really are in pass protection.

That’s a really expensive stop gap.

It's a two year deal. He's over the hill. It is what it is. Jamaree Salyer from UGA would have been a decent pick to develop instead of Conner now it looks like. Bartch on IR. Taylor hitting the market.

This offense is looking rough now going into 2023. TE room hitting the market. The more I think about it. The more rough it sounds for Lawrence next year than it is now this year.

I would hope so. Considering at one point Lawrence was 6th in pass attempts.

We'll see what happens next year I guess. Looks like the trenches on both sides need another starter or two.

Which is always a bummer because it limits your draft picks and cap space to add actual impact players at skill positions.

Watching this Washington game. I see they keep scheming quick stuff as well. Heinicke is making some pretty good throws but quickly.

I'm letting Taylor walk in FA and going with Little at RT.

Question then becomes do you use a draft pick, or FA to add a LG. Need an upgrade/more competition there.

Heinicke just dropped a dime to Scary Terry a couple minutes ago.

I think this is the only reason we haven't seen him at LG is because they are grooming him for RT and they don't want to but to much on his plate.  With that said he should be the LT imo and have Cam play LG or RT.  But they are hell bent on Cam at LT.  If there is an elite oline prospect when we pick it wouldn't shock me one bit if we go that route in the first this year.

You absolutely take a guy that can play LG if there is a guy at the top of our board.  If they feel Skoronski can play LG and LT at an elite level I think that is the direction we go if Carter and Anderson is off the board.  Play him at LG next year and if Cam doesn't look good we can go ahead and play him at LT.

This guy my be in a Jags uni next year and it would be a huge help for Trev. With Ridley here next year oline is the bigger need and I think Doug would agree.

PETER SKORONSKI, NORTHWESTERN
Skoronski is in the middle of the single most dominant pass-blocking season we’ve seen in our nine years of college grading. On 383 pass-blocking snaps, he has allowed only five pressures. That’s it.

His 93.1 pass-blocking grade is far and away tops in the country.
