The team in general plays quick and soft.   And Trevor might be tall, but he's not strong.

From now on I'd punt on 4th and 1 every time.

4th and 1's are a straight fight. Power against power but this Oline just struggles against every Dline in those situations. You'd expect to dominate at least one team in those situations but they hit a wall or get pushed back most times.

I just don't get it...  Who taught him that on a QB sneak you just run to the line and just "snap and pray"??

I hate Tom Brady.  But dude was best at QB sneaks.  You get to the line.  You stand there.  You let the D move around, you call some [BLEEP].  You take your time.  And then you evenutally figure out where the gap is, and you call the snap with less than 5 seconds left.

Fore play, you heard?  You can't dive into that muff dry.

Traditionally the first 20 plays are scripted.  That play needs to be thrown out.   Hasty out wide is a wasted positional player.

Definitely. Most teams will collapse on the centre so try and use that against them. We had some nice ideas early on with 4th and 1's but seem to just try and sneak now. We've got the players to create some wrinkles and use that D aggressiveness to our advantage

This offense needs help on the interior line and playmaking to stretch the field. Getting Ridley back should help with the former but we need improved play from the Guard and Center spots.

Ravens are just a good team. the Roquan Smith trade was huge for them. The Jags D seems solid still despite bad breaks from the zebras. The Offense has the same limitations it always did but we're up against a matchup that really exploits that.
