***OFFICIAL SUPERB OWL THREAD***

I don't get everyone saying it was rigged. There is billions of dollar riding on this game and outcome.

The NFL is not going to ask them to blatantly throw that game with that penalty and risk being sued by all of sports books and thousands of betters.

So the refs let’s the Chiefs offense have players running wide open the entire 2nd half?

Interesting.

This really feels like a Super Bowl that deserves co - MVPs.

Kelce such a gracious winner. The class in that family plays for the Eagles.

I mean he is not saying anything bad. Plus more than anything he credits Reid and Mahomes more than saying he did it.

Just because he isn't perfect, he is that bad?

Blathering on about how no one really picked the Chefs to win and look at us now. Really? No one picked them? That's your brag? Last i checked, a lot of bettors laid money on the Chefs. Millions, in fact.

No doubt, the Eagles defense played very poorly. Despite that fact, that holding call on Bradberry was horrible. Penalties can be called on basically every play, but to make that call on a borderline play at the end of a great Super Bowl is disgraceful. If I were an Eagles fan, I'd be irate!

I feel bad for Jalen Hurts, who I think played very well this season and overall pretty well tonight. He and the Eagles had a heck of a season. Maybe they will have another shot at the Super Bowl at some point. I give a lot of credit to Patrick Mahomes/the Chiefs for having a big second half and winning their second title. I am very happy for Andy Reid. He is a great coach.

I think he meant mostly pundits and before the season, when the playoffs started, and even in the AFC champ game.

Why would any player be talking about millions of betting public?

Maybe a few +1 blitzes or simulated pressures. But I don't recall many. Definitely don't recall any overload ones.

Point taken, but i heard plenty of pundits and media types picking the Chiefs, primarily because of SB experience. Kelce was acting like the whole world was against them, and he made sure everybody knew it multiple times in post game pressers. Putting that fake chip on the shoulder. If you heard him and his brother interviewed before the game, its clear who the mature one is.

Reid. Kelce, and Mahomes better enjoy their last ring together. Later this year there will be a new big dog in town. We just need a couple moves and player development and we can knock off the Chiefs.

They’re definitely ruling the AFC roost right now, but there’s a gauntlet of others to deal with as well.

Only our own Dougie P had the magic to get the Eagles over the line.

Other teams will also be getting better this off season. We just need to hope Baalke can build this roster effectively through the draft.
