How does he become a huge motivation?  If he comes to the team, he'll be a distraction for the entire year.  In my opinion, if/when he comes back everyone teammate will be asked about how he's doing and how they are responding to him.

If you had read my post before your rant you would have noticed I said "I don't have a "right to know" what he was doing.  I do, however, have a right to ask what he was doing."  Again, I suggest you read the 1st Amendment if you feel this comment rises to a level sufficient to support the issuance of a restraining order.   

 

For about the 7th time, I never said he did anything wrong.  I never even said he was being stupid for being out at that time.  His reason(s) make be quite acceptable.  I'm simply saying that if all is innocent, he's stupid for not simply addressing it, ending the speculation and being done with it.  

 

Yes, you have a right to ask what he was doing.  Just like I have a right to ask inappropriate questions as well.  The KKK has the right to assemble.  Just because you have the "right" to do something, doesn't make it right.  Prying into someone else's rights because you have 1st amendment protections is very low-class and gutter.

 

If you don't see how 5th amendment protections apply to traffic stops you need to take a class at your local community college on constitutional law.  Any vehicle stop is considered a seizure supported by reasonable suspicion that a crime has taken place.  If you didn't need that 5th amendment protection, any cop could stop you at any time on whim and search everything you own without you having any say.  I'm sure you'd be crying for your 5th amendment rights when a cop decides your significant other needs a strip search in the middle of Beach Boulevard because there is a possibility she could be hiding drugs... but she has nothing to hide.
