I'd say he's lucky to be negotiating with one of the worst front offices in the League.

Tunsil has an agent but he is unlicensed by the NFL & PA. He apparently "advises" several NFL players but the NFL has warned teams not to talk to him. Don't know if he is shady, refuses to pay the fees to become an agent, or is just lazy.

Who said he was an all-world talent? And of course teams would be tripping over themselves for Mahomes, he's an alien. Burrow is a top 5 QB and you could easily make a case that he's top 2 right now. Those are stupid comparisons, nobody said Lamar is them. He is certainly far better than some of these other bums who have recently gotten a [BLEEP] load of $$ though.

Point is, he wins games and that's what matters in the NFL. Him not having an agent is definitely hurting him, but the Ravens are doing him dirty.

So if you were the Gints, say, better to give up two top picks and a boatload of guarantees for someone who has never finished a season with 100% of the team's starts, whose performance has trended downward, and you have no idea if he'll pick up your system, or roll with the guy who got you to the playoffs, started four more games, threw for 1000 yards more, and rushed for nearly the same amount, even though the other guy is seen as a "weapon" with his legs?

Save the picks, you have the opportunity to fix your mistake if you blow it.

Who else needed a QB that had ammo? Miami screwed themselves, AZ is destined to the cellar, SF could win with a tackling dummy at QB. Lamar isn't the trophy he once was, and Ballimer could be said to have done him dirty by tagging him as they did. I doubt they find anyone willing to pony up, and they'll be left with the decision to either pay someone they're not all in on or look poorly to future FA who don't want to end up in similar purgatory if they keep their heels dug in.

He already had his fool moment, maybe he got it out of his system

It was only these past two seasons where he didn't play/finish the season because of injury. 2018 was his rookie year and he took over in week 10, went 6-1 and took that team to the Playoffs.

In 2019, the only reason why he didn't play in the final game of the season was because they had their playoff seeding locked up. They sat/rested players for the Playoff game vs the tacks.

In 2020 he only missed one game and it was because of a positive Covid test. Of course they lost that game. He came back the next week and they won the next 6 straight including a playoff game.

It would be a mistake to trade for him and try to force him into a system. That goes for anybody. Build your scheme around your players straights, not the other way around. Of course you'd have to change the system up a bit since he isn't your typical pocket QB.

1k more passing yards, similar rushing numbers and less TDs in 4 more games isn't good. Jones has never thrown for more TDs in a season than games played. He aint it.

It is a what have you done for me lately league as we all know, so I get the talk of if he can continue to stay healthy down the stretch in the future. You can understand why teams don't want to pony up fully guaranteed contracts, but you can also understand why Lamar wants it.

As far as his play on the field trending downward, a lot of that has to do with the lack of weapons around him. Besides Mark Andrews, who have they had on Offense these past couple seasons? They traded his best WR away in Hollywood Brown. JK Dobbins is always injured.

Who else do they have? Kenyan Drake, Gus Edwards, Latavius Murray, Devonta Freeman? Devin Duvernay, Demarcus Robinson, Sammy Watkins? Rashod Batemen can't stay healthy. Heck they even had old man DeSean Jackson taking snaps. Lamar is that Offense.

But I agree with Cleatwood, Atlanta would make sense, but I also think he ends up staying with the Ravens. They drew the line in the sand (even if I think it's a dirty one) and they have no reason to back off of it now.
