Blacklock was the Texans 1st selection (2nd round, 40th pick) in the 2020 draft, in an attempt to replace DJ Reeder in their interior. He was an absolute bust in 2 seasons and shipped off to the Vikings in a trade for a Spam sandwich.  He was a Vikings bust in his 1 season there and was let go.  Let's see if a Jag's developmental practice squad spot can do anything for this guy...

Compare that to multiple years of Gus, a full season of Mularkey.

Urbz was a bad human and a bad coach.  Good coaches keep the team improving and believing. 
The one thing JF24 is right about is he had an excellent eye for playing talent.  He would probably be an extremely good scout or maybe a GM.  But that's not what he wants.  He wants to be in charge of the whole thing.
