General Consensus on Johnny Football

#1

I think Caldwell needs to move up to #1 to secure Johnny Football.

I would be fine with Johnny Football, but there's other players I'd take before him.

If teddy falls to #26 like the new mock drafts have it, I see him being the only QB in the first, because the rest of the teams will take the sure fire talent in the first, and take the Qbs in the second since none of them are actually ready to start in the NFL

This makes the most sense.  Johnny is the only sure fire first rounder in this QB class.

Dat Manziel wank.

He has potential, a bit too risky for my taste but if Caldwell pulled the trigger I wouldn't question it.

I'd prefer a few other players at 3 tough.

If we have to take him in the top 3 picks, I'll pass altogether.

I will wait to his pro day, even if it is an underwear drill.

Still not a top 3 pick in my book. However I am a poster

and Dave and Gus are the Boss.

I get a bad vibe from his attitude, maturity et all.

I could easily be wrong, but, Ryan Leaf didn't handle it to well "when the rains came"

I don't want any qb in this draft at #3 or higher.

I run to the podium if he is there for our 2nd round pick.
Only a chump boos the home team!

Oops.....looks like the consensus is we don't want johnny ego
If that RV sales place wants Tebow in Jax bad enough to take out a billboard saying as much.....they should just HIRE him.

I wouldn't pick him period.

Lots and lots of former Heisman winners wash out in pro football.

My opinion on Johnny Football is evolving (downward).   Right now, I don't think I would take him in the first round.

Right now, I don't think his skill set translates to pro football.

The OP has such a short shelf life.

Troll this board for a few months and then he's gone.

This. I also don't think it will be out of the realm of possibility.

So do QBs in general. We better not draft any of those.
