Josh Allen - Deal or No Deal (Done Deal!)

Yall thinking he’s taking 15 a year are dumb as hell.

Dudes commanding 25 a year at this point and has frankly earned it. Dudes always effected the QB, just didn’t rack up sacks. Now he’s taken the next step and is a player elite against the run, can drop back to cover, and get on the QB.

Frankly he’s got us over a barrel. Jags won’t let him walk, and a lot of y’all are going to pissed over the price tag. Me? Pay the man.

Deal. He's becoming a disruptor and is always a threat at getting a TO. Tag if necessary.

I admit I and many others were on the fence about Allen. He has exploded this year. He is getting the franchise tag at minimum. Paying Allen and Lawrence are top priority.

Like I said weeks ago, he's exactly the kind of player we should want on the team. They have to find a way to keep him.

I think if we could get even some mid-level pass rushers opposite of him, we'd have like 60 or so sacks this season. Its just all our pass rush outside of Allen are fairly terrible.

I've had my reservations that he was mostly playing for a big payday. Reservations I still hold, but not as stridently. He's playing for a winning team now and that is strong motivation for a professional competitor.

We don't win today without his timely sacks. Pay him somehow.

Should've paid him last year. He's just getting more and more expensive by the day

Deal, as worrisome as it is to have him pop off in the contract year and be solid/good every other year does lean to some caution... That said, you gotta pay him and pay him handsomely. He is flat out dominant and has made plays in clutch spots all year.

All the worries of being a one year wonder are strange. His pressure numbers are always elite. Now he’s finishing better. This isn’t a flash in the pan, and as 44 improves and if we get ANY pressure in the middle it should only amplify.
