It'll be interesting to see what comes next.

That's a good perspective.
CJ didn't look good when they stopped playing prevent defense. He threw it over the middle to wide open WRs because they didn't cover those routes. Any QB could have done that. As soon as they got into FG range, he couldn't complete a pass.

CJ looked bad in the preseason and can't move. The OL play has gotten worse, so CJ is going to get killed. I guess the best chance is for him to get banged up, so Rourke can come in. Pederson will not deviate from playing CJ.

The QB has to win the games to win because the run game can't do it. I just don't see CJ doing that.

This season is still young. The narrative is not yet finished. Ridley has been a disappointment, but what if he explodes and is a start helping the team make the playoffs and then win some playoff games? The team is still going to write their story for this year. We are in first place in the AFC south and control our destiny in December. I’m definitely concerned with the last two weeks, but I also think Doug has what it takes to get this team back on track.

The ebb and flow of the NFL season and of individual team fortunes suggests we'll be in this game Sunday like the previous two didn't matter.

Exactly. Said it yesterday in various threads. The AFC is WIDE OPEN. Nobody seems to truly want the #1 seed, nobody is truly separating themselves at the top, that's including the Ravens.

Anything goes at this point with five games left and I could truly give two [BLEEP] and one great solid [BLEEP] if this team clinches the division at this point. Homefield advantage means nothing to this team this year.

I'll take my chances on the road period as the 5th - 7th seed. However, I still think we'll win the division anyway. We're losing games in ugly ways, but, at least they're competitive and close. The only two true [BLEEP] beatings this team took this year were against the 49ers (Which is fine, that team beats up on everybody when fully healthy on offense, and, more than likely, that's your Superbowl winner barring injury to Purdy again) and the early loss to the tinhorns, which they redeemed themselves on.

This team was fortunate to stay healthier earlier on during the year but now the bug is going around and it's hitting this team heavily. They just need to keep hanging in there with Lawrence and figure some [BLEEP] out on defense. Starts this Sunday Night with a nationally televised game. I just hope they can pull one out.

Jags won't beat ravans.     Lost to bengals who were fighting to stay in playoffs, lost to browns who were fighting to stay in playoffs, ravans are 1 win away from clinching the 1 seed at 10-3  bucs are fighting for thier playoff lives another loss for us.

panthers will want to end thier season oon a win.  tittians will want payback on us for last season, and earlier this year.  unforttanttly we will be this years tittians. end season on a 6 game loseing streak to end up 8-9
