How did Young go ahead of Stroud?

The Panthers are bad, really bad but I'm just not seeing it in Young.

I don't know, maybe it was because I was a kid when Dalton was bond, but I always liked Licensed to Kill.

Golden Eye was ok, but Licensed to Kill was my jam...
