I heard Texas Gov Rick Perry's going to be there too. Seems to me this is just a show of support/effort by the Texas brass to keep the Texas native in-state(ie, Manziel to the Texans). Hopefully for us, the Texans aren't swayed.

QB-guru George Whitfield had a part in having Manziel throw in helmet and shoulderpads. Want to show NFL guys what 'they want to see'.
