And like every year they think the answer is in the draft and any QB is hyped to the moon and in a few years a lot of these teams will be looking again. 

The list of rookie QB's who were going to be a hit. Wentz, Rosen, Lock, Mayfield.....etc

Your so right. That win now attitude is getting more and more ruthless and GM's and HC's know how limited their time is if they have 2 bad seasons in a row and if they aren't sold on a QB after 2-3 years they will roll the dice on the next guy.
