I used to be into weight lifting. I have become more focused on balance training. I have a BOSU ball I use for a lot of my exercises now.
And like a previous poster said, I do alot of body weight exercises as well.

Also, not good on back to do that many deadlifts. It'll catch up to you.

Been a loooong time since I lifted for real. Just started back though a few weeks ago. Not trying to get anywhere close to what I use to do. Just repping up to 225 now on bench, 275 squat and some light movements with dumbbells. I am doing more machines now then anything. I was 280 at the time.
When I was playing, Bench - 515 Squat- 650 Clean - 385 13 years ago. No wraps.
