College Football - 2024 - Big Thread
|
Didn't see anything in here for this. Figured I would start a big [BLEEP] thread for all college football related content and games for the hell of it. Especially if a player or game jumps out for the draft next year. Georgia and Clemson are on now. Bit of a slug fest defensively. Georgia is finally getting within FG range though in the 2nd quarter. Clemson is pretty good against the run early though.

Georgia may have another Walker on their hands
A new broom always sweeps clean.

Just need to run the clock. ![]() "What do I know of cultured ways, the gilt, the craft and the lie? I, who was born in a naked land and bred in the open sky. I had hope for them, but figured they were not as deep as VT and would fade.

Damn. Good effort on Lagway pick. Gators got no [BLEEP] line at all.

Week 1 winners
Georgia-Damn they look good Miami-The lone shining spot in the ACC this year. Can Ward is really good. Notre Dame-Finally went on the road and punched a ranked SEC team in mouth. Their defense reminds me a lot of Michigan’s last year. Scary. Losers Florida-Let the coaching search begin. Already hearing Chip Kelly’s name in Florida circles. Clemson-Cade Klubnik has become the new Ron Powlus. Massively overrated. Virginia Tech-Just ouch. Bad loss.

He has made nothing but horrible coaching decisions across all of Floridas sports. Unfortunately we have an interim president right now, so the board will be have to be involved if they don’t get someone permanently in the president position. And I don’t see them getting a new president before the season is over.
What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is agoin' on here???
I liked Leonard at Duke last year. He looked good last night for the Golden Domers. He'll get better as the season progresses.
