The majority of the pie goes to ETN and whoever on the defense is responsible for letting Tyreek run wild immediately after.  Lets hope they bounce back this weekend.
The defense held the number 1 offense to 17 points until the last play of the game where they had to hit a 50 + yarder to win it.  Held then to zero points after Doug went for it on his own 30, multiple 3 and outs from our offense as well.  The D is way down the list on why we lost the game yesterday.
Agreed. Defense did it's job well enough to win this ball game. The offense is supposed to be the strength of this team. The offense is supposed to be our QB and offensive Guru's speciality as a headcoach.

Also, not sure how many passes sailed on Lawrence yesterday. Maybe one or two. But, again, you had 21 pass attempts, with 12 completions. 3 attempts resulted in sacks. 2 were probably completely on the line and good coverage. 1 on him I guess.

He had 3 drops on 3rd down as well. So, in reality, should call it 17/21 had everybody did their jobs properly, and thus, guess what else goes up guys?!?!?

Say it with me class! More potential pass attempts! Yay. We did it guys. We did it. Apparently to Smug Dougy Doug though, not good enough from our QB and the offensive line was imposing it's will.

Eventhough the 7 run plays say otherwise in the 2nd half. But, hey, what do I know? I am just an armchair QB and GM in the age of the internet where people have access 24/7 to breakdown every little play, match up and provide analytics to [BLEEP] on smug [BLEEP].

Agreed, but to get that number up we have to complete more than 2 3rd downs.  That's unacceptable

FB runs with Bigsby won't cut it. Nor will having DE's on your back as soon as you attempt your first play action pass of the day and are set up with 2nd and long.

There was a play that stood out to me yesterday. Can't remember what Q it was in but it was the deep throw to Kirk over the middle. I think we were in 3rd and long after Cam got flagged and Trevor called a TO. He was talking over at the sideline and when we connected the play he celebrated looking at the sideline.

I wonder if he was asking us to be more aggressive or was calling out where Miami were leaving holes. I obviously have no idea what was actually said but felt like Trevor wanted us to be more aggressive.

No. He's going to call his own plays moving forward.

Hehe, hopefully he calls passes instead of a runs.

Didn't realize he also got hit on the TD pass to Thomas. But, yeah, certainly should have had more passing plays in the gameplan in the 2nd half.

I liked this but I was actually hoping to see Trev cut his locks off, becomes some hardcore bad [BLEEP] and just destroys the rest of the league this season.

I suppose he can just do it with the locks /sigh

He'll cut his hair eventually and I think he'll look weird when he does.
