Just watched the entire episode...and I don't see where he did poorly on the whiteboard.  The kid is really growing on me, and he's been added to my list of players I'd be okay with at 3.

He didn't do poorly at anything.  I was impressed how he handled the maturity issue, too.  I was surprised by it.

Just seen it for the first time. Where was he "fish out of water breaking down his own plays/reads/progressions and even worse trying to draw things on the white board."  Where did he mess up at?  I must of missed it?

It didn't exist. He did everything Gruden expected him to do.

You seem to have changed quite a bit on Manziel. I've also warmed up more to the idea of drafting him.

Thought Gruden was a little harder on him than I've seen with other QBs.  Usually he just blows smoke up their butt.
