Because when it starts out "At least the Jaguars hung around in their loss" I tend to ignore whatever else he says. Then he shows the Hill crosser where the safety help slipped and missed the tackle...well, I don't think Darby is on the hook for that one. They schemed it up and Cisco slipped. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato

Its better than what Al Michaels said. Huh? Lol That was absolutely on Darby. Darby was in man coverage on Hill and he got burned and then Cisco got burned. When corners are in man coverage and get roasted by the WR you just put that on the safety and dont fault the corner that gets burned? Ok lol We show less advertisements to registered users. Are we really going to criticise a DB for losing a foot race to Tyreek Hill on one play? Tough crowd

For this game, I’m worried about Myles Garrett and that’s it. If the Jags can contain him, they win. If he goes off, they’ll lose. We show less advertisements to registered users. Darby got beat to the inside. It should've been a 10 yard gain had Cisco not slipped. The catch is on Darby, the TD is on the Safety. Darby is not a single up and follow him everywhere corner and no one in the NFL plays Tyreek Hill that way no matter who they have at CB. As usual your analysis is 1st grade level. And of course he works for the NFL and talks down about the Jags, that SOP for them. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato

Even if he gave up 102 yards like you say it doesn't make it much better pal. It's not ideal playing man against that Miami defense as much as we did because you will get hit with the bug plays like Waddle and Hill done and why i.wqs worried about the week 1 matchup.

His shadow rate last year was actually 43.7%. Almost half his plays he shadows his defender.(09-13-2024, 05:09 PM)flgatorsandjags Wrote: Its the guy that works for the NFL, probaby the same place he got his stats from. Your analysis is Pre K level as usual. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
Lol, so less than half the time. He's a balanced guy who can play man. He's not a hip pocket guy and never has been. The safties have to be on their games so that plays don't become 80 yard TDs. Your first sentence is just wrong, the slip gave up the chunk.

Man. We really tripping on Darby not being to cover the most uncoverable WR since Randy Moss?

I think he plays much better this week. Need Brown to step up as well and a good game from both safties.
