Sometimes you see a banged up Oline or a not very good one, and you have a very intelligent offensive mind covering for it with shifts or play calls etc.
Ours just telegraphs what we’re going to do just to help.
What a pathetic series... Cam Robinson whiffed two blocks back to back....

We're running a "Pro-Style" offense from 1993 Madden on the NES and the rest of the league is playing 2024 Madden on a PS5.
Cam Robinson was too slow to get to position on back to back plays.
But why design the plays for Cam to be the mover there? Are both of these examples of a "complicated blocking scheme"?

Whatever, the skidmarks run the same plays, they just block and catch. “An empty vessel makes the loudest sound, so they that have the least wit are the greatest babblers.”. - Plato

Everyone gone, no more half measures
Everyone said the OL was fine and didn't need multiple draft picks spent to upgrade it. Sent from my SM-T970 using Tapatalk

This is a very poor effort by the Jaguars.
Respect the game. Play with a sense of urgency.
1.) Take care of the ball. Win the turnover battle. 2.) It's all about 3rd down. Win on 3rd down to win the game. 3.) Playmakers make plays. The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays. Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

Didn't exactly whiff. He was too slow to get into position so he could get in correct position/leverage. My question is why they asking Cam to do that. I've never heard that was a strength of his.
The blocking schemes are too difficult to implement against physical teams. It's clear as day and has been since last season.

Brandon Scherff is no longer that dude. Next season I want him gone. |
