Offense has been abysmal. I agree with your earlier comment about Shad Khan being too loyal. He should have let Baalke go after last season. The announcers keep saying how the big difference in these teams is the offensive line. Baalke should have loaded up on linemen after taking BTJ in round 1; his failure to do this is the reason this offense continues to struggle.
