theres no HC that can turn this Franchise around. its the truth. Its a loseing organatiozion,even when they have thier rare winning seasons they still lose.  1999 jaguars  couldn't beat tittians 3 times  2017  get to afc champtionship game,and blow it,it shouldn't of come down to the jack wasn't down call.  jags  ran to muchm,and became to predictible.  the team is predictable.  the plays are predictable. 1st down run it up the middle,2coned down run up the middle  3rd down try to pass it.  then if  they acctuttly pass the ball,and it works they go away from it.  Unforttanly chiefs will 3 peat, Texans,lions,browns,and vikeings will all win a super bowl before jags even sinff one or have a team that can win the division contantly.   Jacksonville is the only team in the afc south to never win back to bck divsion tittles.  Don't say I'm not a fan cause i am,i'm a realistic fan whos got the guts to tell the truth.

This is the main thing I always disagree with, Tony sees it as an "Only Players" situation.

Dude, we had a lesser team, and when Doug was dialed in and was really coaching this team, we went to the Divisional Round and nearly beat the the chefs.

Doug just stopped caring after that season.  He didn't want that type of work.  He wanted to just pass it all off to Press and Caldwell so he could just relax and not put in much effort.  You could see it last season.  I kept telling everyone that would listen that the Offense didn't look right.  Even when we were going 8-3, the offense was off last year.  He stopped coaching the offense.  He let Press do it.  

And here we are.  

Yeah, we have to fire Baalke.  He hired Doug.  So he has to go too.  The Free Agents this year are trash.  That's another reason to fire him.  But to say that Baalke should be blamed more than Doug is silly.  Based on 2022, I'd say it's 55/45 Doug.  Both are bad.  But let's not ignore how regressed this entire team looks from 2022.  This is on Doug.  He's a lazy bum.  Fire both of them.

Anyway it’s proven colt game was aberration. Team is really really bad and it’s a combination of factors… I still really think this teams needs a vision and a breath of fresh air from this management and staff.

Even the announcers knew that the burrs feast on forcing turnovers, guys should have been taught ball security above all else.

We are hapless in the middle of the field, and teams are going to keep exploiting that until Nielsen finds a way to stop the bleeding.

I know you guys are going to hate it, but give me Belichick. Bringing in the up and coming coordinator is no guarantee that they can build and run a successful program and be the head guy in charge of it all and I think that's what we need right now is someone you can be almost certain is able to do that. Otherwise, you risk wasting more of Trevor's years. Obviously, Belichick would need to bring in a good OC with him and that person could be set up to take over in 3 or 4 years, but I trust the system Belichick would bring in with him over the dice roll of an up and coming coordinator. I think a major part of the problem is the current system doesn't properly hold guys accountable and a young play caller turned HC probably doesn't have the chutzpah to be able to significantly change that.
