The routes were fine as the safety should have taken BTJ deep. The issue was Trevor didn't wait long enough for that to happen. If he wants to throw to Kirk, he has to wait for the safety to take BJT.

The correct throw was to BTJ who was 1 on 1 with a safety to the inside standing flat footed. Just throw a deep air ball to BTJ and let him go get it.

Why the hell did our guys bulk up so damn much to the point where they became ineffectively slower...?

Can't disguise anything. Blitzing is about disguise and quick disruption. We have a bad scheme so we fool no one, and we are slow. A recipe for a bad defense.
