Guys both laws were badly written by out of state special interest trying to be devious. The laws had so many loopholes they could exploit it was ridiculous. They played on people's emotions and knew the people would wake up after a time. So made it an amendment to be real hard to change.

This is it right here! That’s why they failed.

What in the Wide Wide World of Sports is agoin' on here???

Some of you seem to have a distorted/negative view of corporations.  My business is a corporation. I employ 22 people. That is around or maybe slightly below the national average for number of employees. This mindset that corporations are the end of all that's fair seems short sighted to me. Why does this negative false perception exist?

You need to stop thinking with your little c and start thinking with your big C. 

I love mom and pops. They are the backbone of America. Even though the same term may be applied to your corporation and Wal-Mart, they are not the same thing. That said, if your 22-employee company makes enough money to write laws and buy politicians, I'd stand against you, too.

Wouldn't have an issue if it didn't smell worse than skunk. Went to Vegas recently and outside the casinos just smells disgusting. Completely ruins any ambience no matter the place.
