But NOW, we need a no BS HC.

BB won’t allow bad football to happen, right now we need a culture change versus a HC, Ben Johnson would be more of the same. We need a dramatic culture shift , and I think BB could help facilitate that.

True but I think Belichick will be wanting to make the GM decisions like he was in New England so I see similar problems. Belichick has a lot of characteristics that you want in a HC but I just don't think he's the right move. He's not a long term hire, I don't want his old coaches that have failed elsewhere to be his whole staff and his teams have looked bad since Brady. He's a safe move rather than a bold move and I think that's what we need.

It strikes me as a perfect Shad move, he's got reputation and past successes but does he fit the plan and team you have moving forwards? I don't think Shad has that future plan other than 'win'.
