Welcome Brian Thomas Jr. Jags new star receiver

Gabe sucks.

I would honestly call the Raiders about Jakobi. He would be a great WR2 on this team.

Parker will be fine if he holds on to the football when tackled.

He's no where near as polished as Kirk, but he can run those routes well enough.

I just hope they are cautious regarding BTJ this week. No need to put him out there unless he's close to 100%. He's one of the very few bright spots this season along with Ventrell Miller.

Not to rain on the parade too much, but BTj has double clutched at least 4 catches this season including the TD yesterday. I know he's a rookie, but man, one of those is sure to bite us at the worst possible time if it keeps happening,

Yes, he has nearly dropped two TDs that way and a few other passes. He's also dropped at least three catchable balls I recall.  Hopeful that's just rookie being rookie stuff, but, it's definitely "a thing."

He’s great at pulling in deep balls with loft on them but seems like he has a little trouble with the short and intermediate throws where trev has to put some pepper on them to hit tight windows. Turn up the speed on the jugs machine, he’ll be fine. He’s a top 10 WR in this league already and he’s only halfway through his rookie year. I can’t remember the last time the jaguars had an elite player at any position. Was probably MJD. Josh Allen has been the closest since.

Trevor Lawrence was considered elite at the end of 2022 season.

The WR room isn't the problem on this team. Though, I do feel bad to say that Kirk is clearly washed. 2 straight years with season ending injuries. He gave it his all, but his body failed him. He was great in 2022, and I'll always remember that.

BTJ and Washington look like they are young and ready to ascend. Engram is not being used properly, but what else is new with this trash coaching.

At the end of the day we've drafted outside to in. And we should have been focusing on protecting the QB. It's a sad state of affairs because the WRs and TEs are actually pretty good. But we have a trash interior O-Line and a even more awful offensive coaching staff that has no idea how to work with the talent they have. We're just running our heads into a wall when there's a side gate that we could go over if we just used any sort of wisdom.

1k and 10 would be a great year likely to make him #2 in RoY voting.

Bowers and Daniels will likely finish top 2 in ROY voting and then Nix will probably be third.

I see your point on the QB, they always get some bias. I think Bowers has had a great year with a ton of catches, but he's not been impactful the way BTj has. He's like Evan last year, the check down guy who reaps the benefit of everyone else not being very good. Just my opinion of course, but I can also see BTj getting ignored based on the invisible team that employs him.
