Ate at a place called Comfort last night. Southern style comfort food and a great big selection of whiskey.


Had a barbecue chicken, Mac and cheese and braised greens. Ordered a glass of Jefferson bourbon and a tall boy of PBR to wash it down. They tried to dress it up, but I knew they were collards.


Also, fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese as appetizers.


All that, in addition to me finding boil'd peanuts at the baseball stadium, made for a fine weekend of southern stylin'.
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

I was hungry but I only ate about a quarter of that chicken. I thought it was a little crazy that they brought a half a chicken for me to eat, but I didn't complain. I got lunch for the week now!

I got to say, boiled peanuts suck in my opinion. If you don't agree with me, I'm sorry but, your wrong. That's just how it is my friends. Best I can do is suck the juices like sucking the head of a crawfish. After the flavor is gone...see ya!
