I saw part of an interview with him today and he said his biggest flaw as a HC is he tends to be aggressive when the pressure is on, which can be interpreted as getting too cute with the plays. But at least he understands and acknowledges it. He's coming into his own as a HC. Give him time to work out the wrinkles because he's going to be one of the historically better coaches. 

Detroit has their guy. Good times are ahead for them.

I'm glad he acknowledges them but these mistakes are huge in games. He hasnt fixed them and its been two years now. It's a dirty business. I've seen alot of established coaches get fired.
